Position Overview
Món Arroza is looking for friendly, outgoing Artists to work at our pop-up dessert booth during markets, festivals, and community events.
Artists are responsible for both customer interaction and cup creation. This role combines the responsibilities of a cashier and food server.
Artists guide customers through the ordering experience, offer samples, and create beautifully presented rice pudding cups by arranging toppings in visually appealing ways.
Every cup should feel intentional, creative, and Instagram-worthy.
This is a highly social and customer-focused role, ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, working in fast-paced environments, and creating memorable experiences.

Comfortable initiating conversations and guiding customers through the experience
Creative and detail-oriented with food presentation
Able to work efficiently in fast-paced festival environments
Passionate about hospitality, desserts, or food experiences
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
Greet customers and create a welcoming booth environment
Guide customers through the menu and help them choose flavors and toppings
Offer tasting samples to introduce customers to rice pudding
Take orders and process payments
Decorate rice pudding cups with toppings and drizzles in visually appealing ways
Maintain strong attention to cup presentation and consistency
Deliver excellent customer service and engaging interactions
Work collaboratively with team members, rotating between cashier and artist roles
Restock ingredients and maintain an organized workstation
Assist with booth setup, unloading supplies, and event breakdown
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the event
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation to event locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift supplies
Comfortable working outdoors at festivals and markets
Food Handler Card preferred; must obtain one if hired
Schedule & Availability
This is a flexible, event-based position. There is no fixed schedule or weekly commitment. Choose your own hours.
Artists are offered upcoming events and may claim shifts they are interested in working.

Community markets
Special pop-ups
