Dessert Barista

Món Arroza is looking for outgoing, Dessert Baristas (Artists) to represent our brand at pop-up events and markets.
Artists are the face of the customer experience, welcoming guests, introducing them to rice pudding, and crafting beautifully presented cups.

This is a highly social, customer-focused role that blends hospitality, creativity, and teamwork in a fast-paced event environment.
Artists rotate between cashier and cup creation while helping maintain an organized booth and delivering engaging, memorable interactions for every customer.

The position is event-based and flexible, allowing team members to claim shifts they’re interested in working, making it a great fit for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and creating memorable food experiences, all while choosing your own hours.
